Now that winter is finally here The Flower Room designers are keeping warm thinking of and promoting Spring to all. Lilac, Tulips, Freesia scented Mimosa and Ginestra. Spring always comes early at The Flower Room!

Did you ever wonder how Helen got her start in the bussiness? Helen was first employed by Shannon Florist on Jane Street. Helen as a little girl used to shop there to find gifts for her Mom. The shop was operated by a husband and wife team. The husband would dress up to promote each holiday. Helens favourite was when he dressed up as a Easter bunny. This is when Helen fell in love with the idea of a flower shop. Such Fun!

Yes it is true we have finished our winter planting! Helen can now get back to the store and create the magic of Christmas inside. I took the liberty of taking a photo of our dear customer Ann’s container. This little vessel sits on her porch and we decorate it for Ann every season. Somehow it always gets done at the end of the cycle and this time was no exception.
